I lived here for 60 years and the traffic is horrible. People are cutting through Brighton to avoid the construction. Brighton was not prepared for heavy traffic. I'm ready to get out of Dodge. The only good thing about brighton is the recreation such as mountain biking, kayaking, swimming and running.

Spot on for everything except Livingston County is growing fast and everything you mentioned is just getting worse. The sense of a small community is dissolving as well.

I moved to Brighton 16 years ago and love it!!! They are doing construction right now to Main Street and its a MESS! I can't wait for it to be finished!!

I'm thinking of moving to Michigan. My wife's family is from Adrian Michigan and I'll be honest I hate it. I've never really been anywhere else in Michigan so it's hard for me to see myself moving there but of course family is good to have close by with kids. Thanks for the great video. Helps a ton as I help make a huge decision. Once question I do have is what's the art community like there. We're from Denver where there are a ton of professional graphic artist and other traditional artist. Just wondering if you know what that is like?
