The digital zoom on the 200mp camera is basically just cropping in, same as the iPhone 14 pro series, and a few other phones, one of the benefits of having so many pixels is the ability to give clearer cropped in photos.
Does the 200mp camera shoot raw? I bet those file sizes are massive.
To be fair though the jpeg files look actually VERY small given the sheer size of them, I mean my DSLR camera only shoots 20mp and yet the file sizes are around 8.5mb, so to have 10 times the information but only double the file size shows the sheer amount of compression taking place, it would be amazing to see these comparisons when you do your other video.

They should have made a 22MP photo size too. Using 9 pixels bining. It would look great and still get a nice size photo to crop and frame on post.

Expert Raw should be a built-in mode on the default camera app. I don't know why they would do that!

Is it currently possible to switch cameras while recording in 4K/60FPS without interruption? On the S22 Ultra it is only possible to do so at 30 FPS.
