Problems with The North Face (TNF) Chilkat Snow Boots

My experience with disintegrating The North Face (TNF) Chilkat snow boots. The North Face refused to admit any fault and offered no compensation, not even a token gesture as an acknowledgement that this shouldn't happen.

mine are now in the garbage! These are crap!!! Don't waste your money! I didn't even get a year out of them, mind you, I only wore them a few times! Here in Pennsylvania! Disappointed in TNF!

I’m from Argentina. I love these boots, but I have the same problem with the Chilkat II…😢😢😢
They were barely used…

Yep, exactly the same happened to mine, gutted, i did love them. I wouldn’t feel so bad if i’d got some decent wear out of them, but i definitely DIDN’T, i probably wore them no more than six times in the period i owned them.

Unfortunately, I just bought them because two different pairs of L.L Bean boots did the same thing . I was hoping these would be better…

Absolutely trash!! Mine delaminated immediately as I wore them!! Toe box cracked like a wine glass!! They’re trash!! No research & development here!! Poor materials and craftsmanship! Sorel also has this issue!! Check reviews and don’t trust advertising- they are worthless unless the dog enjoys destroying them. JUNK

Mine did the same thing beginning last week. Mine are a few years older than yours, though, but I was shocked when I realized what was happening. I, otherwise, have loved these boots. I wonder if they can be repaired.
