My sister died from an overdose in a empty drug house, the guy she was with said the same thing, they got drugs, he left, and when he came back she was dead. He called 911 at least, but the cops said they hear the same story every time someone overdoses, that whomever was there left for a short time and came back to find the other one deceased. I'm so thankful he did call. I only find solice now knowing at least she's at peace. It's only been a few months for us, I hope and pray the family finds her, and can start to heal.

If she was dead when he came back, how was he supposed to "help" her? If someone was there, also injecting drugs they acquired together, then they bear part of the responsibility of the death. Charge them - negligent homicide

I know that it does happen where someone finds someone else overdosed but the fact that he didn’t call anyone and without even being sure she was dead, threw her body in a dumpster is as suspicious as it gets.

If he threw her in the dumpster her body ended up crushed with the garbage and is in the dump!! Will never be able to find the pieces . How sad and 😥 tragic.
