There's zero need for s buyback. There's 45 billion coins in escrow. It'll end up being direct purchases from ripple before the switch is flipped.

A “buyback” is nonsense, it implies the fed had ownership of XRP to begin with. They can either buy XRP on the open market or attempt to confiscate from holders.
