The Quantum Development Kit preview is now available for macOS and Linux. Jeff Henshaw from Microsoft's quantum computing team demonstrates how to get up and running on a Mac with Visual Studio Code, new interoperability with Python and Microsoft's Q# quantum programming language and how you can participate in the open source community to find and share your quantum code.

Thanks for building out this toolkit! I was wondering where I could find more information about the Python interoperability. So far, this video is the only resource I have found.

I would be more exicted about more information about debugging and resource estimation for the circuits.

Too bad they abandoned the previous F# based quantum programming language. Using a C-style syntax of course means faster adoption by more developers, but the F# syntax is simpler and far more elegant. Overall it seems like a good language and has retained some nice F# influences.
