Priyanka its pleasant to see you improve but I personally feel you have the potential and means to improve, following are my suggestions:
1. Add some more content, the vlog is still pretty short
2. Be regular with vlog timing and day on which u want to upload so that your genuine subscribers know when to catch your videos
3. I strongly suggest you to try selling your portraits or take online orders of the paintings, it can be a short or long term plan
4. I have seen all your blogs and I am reminded of the painting vlog where u introduced ur art teacher nd ur colleague cum art friend. The way u bounced back from your initial failure at the class shows your calibre. You have it in you just make sure you exploit it
