Christian Bautista and Mark Bautista are not blood related although they have same surnames. Christian's moniker as Asia's Romantic Balladeer. Christian was a finalist (4th) in Sar In A Million, a singing competition 2003 where Erik Santos won the Grand Champion. While Mark was a grand finalist (3rd) in Star For A Night, a singing competition 2002 where Sarah Geronimo hailed as the Grand Champion.
