I have an S21 Ultra Exynos 16GB RAM, and here in Brazil my internet is 100Mbps and the download rate was 96.81, and the upload rate was 64.73, using the same Speedtest program today, 05/22/21. I think something may be wrong, but I can't imagine what it could be.
