Please...o is it that each time a customer makes payment through shopify's payment, i will have to use my own personal money to purchase the product for the customer, afterwhich shopify now releases the one that the customer paid before to my payout after 5days.

Merchant and customer if it is a system delays then it is not merchant or customers fault and if its a valid delays out of business days covered then filing a case could be the next step and it is everyones right

I don't know why Shopify Payments not allowed for stores based in Saudi Arabia. You make our business very difficult and other payment gateways reject our stores with no reasons even if we have a companies in UK or USA! I still in this misery since my store launched 16 months ago

I just got my first sale and I am trying to get paid out through my shopify balance account. However, when I go to pending payouts it says I have none. Is there any fix or do I just have to wait?

Is there a way to sync my daily sales summary report with the time period of the shopify payment? It is impossible to reconcile when daily sales are split into payments.

If payouts still on pending and it is a valid reason that caused of delays is in the system then it is not a merchants fault. Its time to take an action and file a necessary case due to negligence and technology delays process so who must be blame?

Question, When a customer purchases a gift card from our store... do we get payout when they purchase the gift card or when the customer spends the gift card?

“Temporary credits” you can call it, if buyer cancels, just reverse the process till you receive your free credits back. What if I sell a $100k in products and I don’t have $100k to buy it before the week comes? Theoretically.

Good luck in getting a payout in the US in less than 5 days. I really don’t understand why it takes this long. Can someone from Shopify explain what steps are happening in the background?
