A terrible loss of live but thankfully the guys who killed them have been detained and their commander suspended.
Azerbaijan's president has also apologised to Putin and promised compensation to the families.

Note: Azerbaijan is a Muslim country, so for those Muslims that support Putin because he "support" Islam. I want you to know, he "support" Islam because he need allies to fight against western countries and not because he really "support" Islam. Muslim countries and Putin have the same opponents which are western countries so Putin is just blending in so he can get more support.
