I hope when this guy hits 500+, this community here will still be just as wholesome

Nice work man. I love the community that has been built so far from you!

Good job man. I'm relatively new to working out but I'm a bit late on my journey. I'm 27. Crazy how much progress you can make in a short amount of time when you're just starting out!

Great neutral spine and lumbar tightness even at near maximal load. Don't forget to drive them hips forward when the bar goes past your knees!

Great content.

Nice lift. You definitely have more but no need to push it in your first week back in the gym. Excited to see what you do next 💪

The form has gotten a lot better. Keep at it. It's always good to push for a max but don't feel the need to max every week you'll eventually get injured. Keep up the good work.

Congrats on the pr! You really could benefit from widening your stance.

Well done keep it up and would you ever think of doing like longer videos of like a full workout or do you prefer doing short ones showing your pbs

Hey man, I've been training for 6 years now but unfortunatelly lost the dedication 6 months ago, also because of covid and my first house that needs a lot of work. Somehow your vids inspire me a lot and gave me motivation to get back to the gym. Keep pushing, I just subbed :)

Nice PR! Your form has improved a lot. That’s also a pretty narrow sumo, almost halfway between sumo and conventional.

Good work man. Form was pretty good. You don't need to roll the bar at the start though. It actually makes it harder to set yourself up. Alan Thrall does a great video on Deadlift setup where he says about 60 times "Do not move the barbell". It changed the whole lift for me, made my setup much more solid and let me left more instantly.

Hey Cian nice lift! Whats your diet/nutrition like? Your recovery clearly is working well since your numbers have been blowing up

Hey bro which program are you currently going through? Congrats for the huge progress

Very good form. Solid and slow rep. You are starting to move away from amateur and go to intermediate territory. I am curious how is it possible to be still at 70kg after so many months of training? Maybe you are not eating enough food? The first year of training results in significant amounts of muscle gains. For someone your size I would expect at least 4kg of weight gain after 6m - 12m of solid training.

I'm in a similar spot, just hit 300lbs for a double on conventional the other day. I'll follow your progress it's nice seeing another regular guy instead of a 15 year old pulling 750lbs at 120lbs of bodyweight lol.

Holy smokes! Are you using double overhand grip?

Is a 175 pound bench for 1 rep and squat 210 for 5 reps Good for a 12 year old?

Great job man, for beginner deadlifters Trap Bar is a lot easier to get the form down before you work up to an actual bar but that looked great
