I Main gnar so let me give some more tips:

You can use abilities in the air during the leap which can be used in lots of ways for example mini gnar Q to remove the stagger which maximizes the damage without making you slower> During the between tranformation E (blue one) you can use either W or R in the air for more unpredictable stuns.
this trick works flawlessly on lvl 3 if you manage your rage correctly bcs not a lot of people know about the W variant and with bonus stats from mega gnar you can win most trades and even sometimes get a kill

For build Gnar really likes bork or wits end bcs of attack speed which makes mini gnar much more dangerous bcs he will proc more W passives
and Mega gnar will have faster combos you almost always want to aa between spells and unless they have really fast escapes (flash or fast dashes)
R>AA>Q>AA>W is unescapable and deals more damage

Mini gnar Q can be thrown backwards and not picked up for bigger range. It doesnt have many uses but its useful to know bcs it might help for example stop important recalls under turret.

Close range E on mini gnar is the fastest way to get a W proc so Q>AA>E or AA>Q>E are really fast burst options while still giving you some escape with the second leap.

Trinity force is your biggest powerspike on gnar so rushing it is a really viable strategy.

You can flash in the air during the leap. It requires really specific scenarios but its a really important trick to keep in mind for example you can do the burst combo in a safer way Q>E>Flash> AA or AA>Q>E>Flash>AA

Rage is the most important part of gnar especially in late game so sacrificing a wave to not transform just to have it for the next fight is a key play to win more fights

Mega gnar transformations regenerate you some health which can be used in lots of ways for example between waves sometimes you can use jungle camps like krugs to generate rage for either engage or sustain

Analyze matchups to see if you need to save your E for escape. Mini gnar E gives you attack speed which can be game changing but can also leave you vulnerable

When going back to lane try leaping over minions to get more leap range which will make you go back to the lane faster

And last but not least use the Dino gnar skin bcs its the best skin in the game :D

His W passive is one if the best percentage damage aa 3 hit passives, it does consistent chunk dmg. On rare occasions with bork its crazy

Fun fact: gnar gains rage from all sorts of damage inflicted(and received), liandrys included, hasn't checked red buff yet.
