Oi Letícia... excelente aula. Eu estudo ecologia e e quero classificar 9 grupos de árvores a partir de 9 atributos... gostaria que os nós terminais representassem os caminhos que representam os grupos de arvores, pelos atributos utilizados. Porém, não consegui seguir na analise no passo de usar a profundidade máxima (6:10), onde está no script como survived, coloquei os Grupos (9 categorias). O programa reclama isso: Error in ctrl$summaryFunction(testOutput, lev, method) :
Your outcome has 9 levels. The twoClassSummary() function isn't appropriate.

Não sei se é possível realizar a classificação que eu quero por esse método.
Obs. eu usei a parte de test e training gerando duas matrizes.
