Family Matters is an American Family Sitcom Created by William Bickley and Michael Warren which aired on ABC from 22 September 1989 to 17 July 1998.
This show stars Reginald VelJohnson as Carl Wilnslow who is a policeman and revolves around his family, Carl has enough to deal with on his job as a policeman and when he gets home he still has to handle his kids,
his wife- Harriette, portrayed by Jo Marie Payton, his mom, a sister-in-law and a nerd next door, Steve Urke, portrayed by Jaleel White, who doesn't understand that he doesn't actually live with the Winslows.
Family Matters ran for 9 seasons with a total of 215 episodes and has won many awards

There are a lot of actresses & actors I barley recognize, however a lot the folks on here, haven’t changed drastically & very recognizable & that’s a tribute to them! They obviously take very good care of themselves.
I wish Family Matters could do a reunion show.
RIP to the folks that are not with us on this wonderful comedy show!

With everyone still alive. I wonder if they'll ever do a reunion show. Jaleel White is very protective of the character & legacy of Steve Urkel. Now that he's in his early 40s, he many not want to reinvent the character. Oftentimes, some things are better left alone & unsaid. Extraordinary cast, btw.
