i am getting below error, "There are no enable repos. Run "Yum repolist aa" to see the repos you have. you can enable repos with yum-config-manager --enable<repo>

Hi after 8:30. My /jenkins is taking me directly to dashboard where there is no CREDENTIAL option. I am not able to set up any admin or password? I used tomcat 9 and 2.73 jenkins version. you have any idea why? Thank yo in advance.
