Just updated to an 828es + 16a, I’m a sound designer who is required to work at 96khz ... I was expecting it to handle 48 channel mixing as it states all over the site. Unfortunately what they don’t tell you (except buried in one very small faq blurb) is that it actually will only give you 32 channels at 96khz :( he states it here in this talk... this is the only place I’ve found any other solid info on that. Seems it doesn’t matter how many other AVB units you have, the mixer is limited to 32 channels.

The web app is also atrocious. Need to hire some real developers. C devs love to shit on web developers until it is time to produce something usable in a browser.
