Zac gamebreaking bug (Killing him when his passive is up).

So in this game, I was playing as Shaco and I spotted Zac on the Top Lane's tribush. I proceed to follow his movement and predicted he was at his Wraiths, I then kill him, expecting to pop his passive, but surprisingly it doesn't activate. Rito Pls.
