I remember as a kid i was walking by a lake and there were a lot of spider webs tied around the bulrushes. i didnt notice ONE SINGULAR spider string and i walked right into it but it wouldn't snap. it was like a piece of yarn, bending the plant like it was nothing when i pulled it with my hand. i had to use both hands to snap it and it made a sound like when you snap a piece of string on your shirt. I have never found another string that strong, but it was fascinating
