A stunning scene unfolded Sunday at Pirate's Cove in California, the historic beach from the Jesus movement, as more than 4,000 people were baptized. The massive event, which reportedly attracted 8,000 spectators, is the latest "revival" moment to unfold in 2023, leaving believers deeply inspired. California worship leader Daniel Mamora was on the scene for the entirety of the Baptize SoCal event, and described the massive line of people he watched make a public profession of their faith, the impact the scenes had on his heart and mind, and why he believes revival could be upon us. Oh my gosh !!! I'm from the original JESUS movement (but not in Southern California). This is incredible !!! To see God working and that young people are opening their hearts and minds to JESUS is amazing in this crazy time we live in with the "Self" religion all around us. God healed me over the weekend from a back strain, and literally somebody said to me, "You probably healed yourself." Sorry, but that makes me bust out laughing because I know I can't "heal myself." Our Tuesday morning men's prayer group has been praying for revival.About 8 men from about 3 different congregations. Many of us saved in the '70's during the Jesus movement in the south and Midwest.... praise God for this move of Holy Spirit!!
