I am very intrigued with how you use your dampened fingers to apply powder !
I am 50 and have such bad dry eye issues that using any powder on my face makes my eyes tear up and nose run for hours. It has gotten to where I can barely wear makeup anymore and my self-confidence has definitely taken a down turn.
I am extremely excited to try your Technique !!!
