She’s The Only One was the first singe released off of the Hope Is Our Lightning album by Burning Codes on the Oilbug label and published by Polar Patrol.

Released on 13th Jan 2014, the single was one of the more commercial tracks of that Burning Codes era and it received extensive airplay and TV coverage around the globe for several months, most notably in the UK & USA. The recording also featured Jonny Quinn (Snow Patrol) and Iain Archer (Snow Patrol, Reindeer Section and Ivor Novello winner).
