In peaceful Denmark, nobody leaves any kind of valuables in their car, and they never leave it unlocked, not even for 10 seconds.

He touched the door and he wasn't wearing gloves. Good chance he's been in the system or gotten a Texas id or drivers license. It would take 5 minutes to dust for prints and another 20 minutes to run it through the database.

Crime can only be controlled with massive amounts of firepower raining down on the entire city. Such as mini guns mounted in choppers or mounted on armored vehicles. But, yes, all of the games can be brought to an end.

In Illinois a firearm must be in a locked compartment inside a vehicle. Praying it is recovered.
