I have deleted the temporary file but it came back when I opened Photoshop, do you know how to fix it so that the file is permanently deleted

with all your shitty tips to clear the cache, and tips that are worth nothing, I advise people to uninstall photoshop then reinstall it= it's 10 times easier!!


avec tous vos conseils de merde pour effacer le cache, et conseils qui ne valent rien, je conseille aux gens de desinstaller photoshop puis le reinstaller= c'est 10 fois plus simple!!
