In this video you will learn to install vtiger CRM , an open-source community edition which can be downloaded from Sourceforge.

Vtiger CRM is better than odoo CRM. The community edition of vTiger is for Free. Hosted vtiger comes with subscription charges but if you can host by yourself you don't need to pay anything.

Then I created the CRM.

I have been using Sugur CRM as open source and Zoho as commercial , but vtiger is best open source so far.

When it comes to integration you can use vtiger API to connect to external applications.

vtiger CRM is mobile friendly web application as it is responsive design.

Thanks for this video. So I downloaded the Vtiger from the page you suggested and noticed that is missing the "VtigerCrm" folder, the one it shows on your Vtiger 7.4 by mine doesn't have it so I have no idea how to access installation, Any idea? Thanks.

I used Gold Mine several years ago. It was great. I was a Reminders - track phone calls - emails It was how I managed 20 on going files in different stages. Is this similar? The interface seems strange. Or is it just different?
