Areas of Australia’s New South Wales have been completely inundated with floods this week, as the country’s wet season continues to dump water over the region.
According to Reuters, more than 200 flood rescue operations, involving 12 different helicopters, were deployed in just 24 hours between Nov 14-15. One medical transport service reported rescuing 18 individuals and 14 pets.
