Mold issue start using a dehumidifier first off and then use a sanitizing spray to then clean it if it's small. And then start using sanitizing Wipes to start then cleaning the area. But my recommendation a dehumidifier will significantly help with moisture issues. You really should be using them in any size apartment or home where moisture is an issue. And then use a fan to push the air around and the two together with sanitizing Wipes over the area that's an issue over the course of a week or two the issue should start being resolved but for areas that can not be seen then you will need further help.

I haven’t even turned my heat on yet. I grew up very poor on a farm too boot. Put a sweater on and contact the landlord. Heat sometimes breaks
