Rawls: Original Position

We cannot accept the last principle, simply because if there is no welfare then the whole point of going through the process of original position, under the veil of ignorance, would be pointless. Why do we want justice? So that we can start afresh from a fair point where somehow all of us are equal. Welfare is the next step after justice.
This is my answer.
