Fan explaining the entire Beluga Cinematic Universe:

Beluga is an everyday cat who lives his life normally with misfits Pablo and Skittle at Pablo's Pub. Beluga and Skittle are great friends and always have prank on Pablo, but it doesn't last long. When Beluga unknowingly ventures into Mob Boss Lester's territory, he and Skittle team up to escape, only for Skittle to get captured, while Beluga escapes. Beluga spends many months trying to save Skittle. While on one of his missions to save Skittle, Beluga is kidnapped by another Mob Boss, Theodore. He escapes captivity, and returns to Pablo's Pub. Meanwhile, Hecker, a super smart Computer genius arrives at Pablo's Pub. He helps Beluga get out of many sticky situations, while also pranking him. Meanwhile, Pablo Jr. becomes a mod, and Becky, Skittle's mother, tries to save Skittle. Eugene, the right hand man of Lester, defects from Lester's minivan and joins Pablo as his confidant. Beluga has fun pranking Eugene, who is secretly in Love with Beluga. Skittle also escapes, though it is not revealed how. Meanwhile, Skittle-Chan, a pretty girl, arrives at Pablo's Pub and begins a relationship with Beluga, which was initially a love triangle involving Pablo. Skittle uses a new discord account to prank Beluga, who thought Skittle died. As life progressed, Beluga pranks many people and has fun. Untill now. Hecker's birthday arrives, but everyone avoids him. Little did he knows, Everyone is hiding a dirty secret from him. The next day, Hecker takes over Pablo's Pub, banishes him, and confronts Beluga over his rude behaviour. Beluga then reveals the greatest plot twist of all time: Hecker was a cybernetic cat created by Lester and his associates to defeat Beluga. All of Hecker's advancements are the cause of that experiment. Hecker's wavering personality, is explained. Because he had no parentage and no one to look after, Hecker becomes anti social and two faced. One side of him has Lester's evil, while the other side is his innate goodness. The Beluga Cinematic Universe has seen its fair share of plot twists, but none of them are as shocking as this. But the story doesn't end here. Beluga forgets his passcode and Hecker tricks him with a series of complex webcams and extracts his revenge against Beluga by taking his phone, replacing it with a pickle, and blowing up his microwave. Some time later Beluga goes to a pizzeria, where a seemingly reformed Lester is a chef. After getting his meal, Beluga mistakenly says to Lester to enjoy his meal also. Lester takes it too seriously, and the store manager, Vladimir, who had previously appeared as a pilot, calls in airstrike to eliminate Beluga and Lester. Beluga and Lester make peace, but Vladimir doesn't respond to their pleas of stopping the airstrike. An explosion occurs, as the whole place blows up. Though Beluga survives and escapes, but finds another man, implied to be Vladimir, who is determined to finish off Beluga. He also finds a map, and people are theorising where this strange map will lead Beluga.

Fan Theory: Vladimir is the main villain of the series who has orchestrated everything happening recently. He is Beluga's archenemy and is hell-bent on finishing him off.

Everyone's theorising about the lore but why isn't anyone talking about Vladimir's amazing comeback ? This guy can do everything, from airplane pilot to pizza delivery manager, that is awesome
