Ryan, one thing I miss. That's fine equity increase, but buying power decrease. You made 1M into 2M, but your 2M buying power now is only 1M. So how does this alter the equation? To put in an another way, you buy a unit for 100k now then sell it 200k. But to get another unit, it's not 100k anymore but 200k.
