@fazorator and @Jason Guy, they're complaining about all the fake pseudo-Irish stuff around the world from people pretending to know about Irish culture...people usually called "Plastic Paddys."  Whale OIL Beef HOOKED (stress the words in caps) is a common "can you speak with an Irish accent" test which gets people to say. "Well, I'll be *ahem* fooked" without realizing what they're saying, to prank them.

If you've not had any joy on it... you could try joining the long tradition of Irish trad musicians that learn their music by ear. ;)
Not got it in me as I've not played in YEARS but there's nothing to stop you doing it if you're determined and capable of actually playing it.
