Thanks are you a lawyer? What should a person do if they take their car to get an oil change and the place damages their car. I don't tell the person they damaged the car taped it up and put boil foil on it. Then when you realize it and go back put in a complaint after your car stops on you and you open the hood and see all this tape and foil on it. They say they have to check the videos first cuz it was from a few weeks ago. then offer you the money you had to spend to have someone else fix it. Are you only entitled the amount to get it fixed that you spent or the fact that your life was at risk you could have got in car accident with your car cutting off because of a situation they created? I asked them they brought up this law says they don't have to pay more than what I paid to get it fixed and they told me to Google the betterment principle. Said they could close the claim until I decide to accept?
