Representative Democracy- Intact, Accessible, and Available Documentation Of The Vote- Part One
In Representative Democracy that preserves a Constitutional Republic, verifiable and traceable elections are a must.

Of course, public balloting is necessary as choosing public officeholders is a public responsibility that can only be entrusted to those who care to publicly disclose their choice of candidates.

Paper ballots are totally essential and this is the only form of ballot that can be both verifiable, immutable, and traceable. These records, in this form, have to be accessible by any who chooses to see how the electorate voted, either collectively or individually.

Voting is too important for mistakes or fraud to occur in the tabulation of ballots. Any system that does not provide 100% error free counting of the votes must be forsaken. 100% accurate vote counting can only happen if the ballots are publicly cast via immutable paper ballots.

The Election of Electors for President and Vice-President-By Harsha Sankar(October 2020)

The election of electors should be by direct and popular vote for President, provided it is electorally vote-based both per locality and per population. In locality electoral voting, every locality, regardless of population and area-size, receive the same number of electoral votes if it entirely fits in a congressional district. If a locality is split and belongs to two congressional districts, then its number of electoral votes is split by half, regardless of how that locality is split. The reason why this election is electorally vote-based per locality is because the President interacts more closely with the Senate and has State duties. The President represents and impacts the entire nation, not just a specific group within the nation.

The President also has to duly represent the People directly. After all, he or she signs off or vetoes legislation that originates in the House Of Representatives. Thereby, population electoral voting is also needed to go along with locality electoral voting. Every locality should be allocated electoral votes based on its population.

Athenian democracy is the only form of democracy. Our government is a republic, not a democracy. George Washington, James Madison, Benjamin Franklin, and others all said that our system is not a democracy system. They said it in writing. The best place to read about it is Federalist 10 where James Madison compares a democracy and a republic and says we were too large to be a democracy and he therefore chose the republic. But then the Founders including Madison realized that a republican form of government was prone to self-destruction and they despaired. It was too late to go back, the Constitution had already been sent to the states so they just prayed for divine help, which we have not yet received. But with modern technology it is possible to emulate Athenian democracy--America can finally be a democracy. BTW the self-destruction that the Founders worried about has just been attempted. Members of our national government tried to destroy our national government. It was tried earlier by the Rebels. Computers have made possible all sorts of wonderful things: YouTube, Medicare, Real Democracy at last, breaking of the German Enigma codes to help win WWII, etc. etc. Embrace the idea. It is truly possible to implement a modern version of Athenian democracy today in America.

Well in the USA we are a constitutional representative republic no where in our constitutional representative republic does it say we are a democracy or a democractic republic.

Yes direct democrocy will work todat cause we have phone and computers that can tell us all tge issues we face today and what needs to be fixed in oir society thing giving the ability for everyperson to have a vote on each and every issue. Vs the currupt system of currupt representitices we have today who do as they wish and act like wild animals constantly causing troubles solving nothing and putting us on on the extiction path every year
