Dear FIMI,
Thank you very much for spending your time and resources on producing these tutorial videos for the FIMI X8 SE 2020 model. Could you, please, spend some of this time and resources on finishing the 2018 & 2019 models as well? We, the FIMI X8 SE 2018 & 2019 model owners still do not have the promised panorama features and there is still no dedicated hyper-lapse menu in the app even though you advertised three modes of it. Also, the white balance still randomly shifts colours. You had time and resources for developing the manual shutter speed control for video for the 2020 model. We, the 2018 & 2019 model owners have been begging for the manual shutter speed control for video since the launch of the FIMI X8 SE 2018. We still do not have a proper RAW photo profile. The precision landing still only works if the orange landing pad is placed over a grey surface for the 2018 & 2019 models, even though you advertised it working properly regardless of the colour of the surface. THe FIve-Directional button often lags and never works during a smart function. The FIMI Navi app (for the 2018 and 2019 models) was last updated on 10/12/2019 - only adding Spanish language support. The Fimi Navi 2020 was last updated on 28/05/2020. The FIMI Navi app (for the 2018 and 2019 models) keeps lagging, the camera crashes and we often have to restart the camera in flight (which is dangerous as there is no live feed during this process) so that we can carry on taking photos and videos. We keep asking for an official statement from your side on social media about when you deliver your marketing promises that you have made for the FIMI X8 SE 2018 and 2019 models. Your customer support representatives on Facebook never respond to these queries. However, they do respond to questions that are related to the sales of the FIMI X8 SE 2020. Please, understand that my goal is to have what I have paid for, that is, to have all the features that you advertised when I made my purchase and gave the money you had asked for your product. Because this is how it is fair. You advertised your product, set a price for it, and we paid for the product with the advertised features. Would you, please, be so kind as to honour us, FIMI X8 SE 2018 & 2019 owners with an official explanation when you are fulfilling your marketing promises that you made for the 2018 and 2019 models? We do understand that (based on what we can see) your focus is on the sales of the 2020 model. Would you, please, be so kind as to give us what we, the 2018 & 2019 model owners have paid for? I chose your product because I wanted to support a resourceful company that focuses on providing excellent product and service. Please, give us what you promised to give: a reliable product. If you can achieve that with the 2020 model, then we, the 2018 and 2019 model owners, who have put our trust into your company, truly deserve to have everything (if not more - for the beta testing) that was included in the asking price. Thank you very much.

Please update as soon as possible and fix the bug that does not allow you to select the size of the photos, because it takes them only at 4K and not at 12Mp!

Diconected during update and now it will no connect to app cannot fly.
Haven't got to use and spent 600.00 dollers . this is not good tried to update with sd card no luck.

Is there a customer support number to call? Mine says please connect the drone before updating. I can fly the drone fine but it wont update. Thanks

Hi i have downloaded the firmware but when i try to do the update thru the app “start updating” is greyed out and wont allow me to start. Please help. Thanks

in my drone there is no image or any information and the update can not be done because there is no such option, I replaced the motherboard and even it did not help, the update by the court does not work, on the old motherboard I had a video but the red light on the controller was on and there was no information about the flight, etc., the drone never fell and I almost flew it. I even bought a new controller and nothing. I do not recommend to anyone
