This has to be my favorite video so far. Andrew, the editor for Hedron Rockworks, came to town and helped film this video. While I had an eye on cutting the die Andrew was capturing amazing footage over my shoulder. I hope you enjoy watching as much as we did crafting.

Angry Turtle the most interesting synthetics IMO:

I feel like a broken record commenting on your videos -- all I ever say is, "AMAZING! GORGEOUS! BEAUTIFUL WORK!" And it's always true! Frosting only the edges of the stars was an excellent idea!

The brightness of that fluorescence is insane. Imagine making an important roll at the table, like game changing roll, and the DM cuts the lights, turns on an overhead blacklight, and rolls with the ruby die. I can't even imagine how awesome that would feel.

the bubbles refract light differently meaning there is a starlight effect going on inside the die, its even better than just being clear, beautiful.

Contamination is the bane of this hobby. Maintaining a pristine work environment in the production setting is ALWAYS a challenge. In an ideal world, each change of abrasive would necessitate a dedicated machine for that level of grit. What you accomplish in your production area is nothing short of miraculous! My compliments.

I think with the bubbles, its like wine that had just been uncorked, or perhaps, the boiling blood of a berserker!

I really enjoy working with precious synthetic stones. They're much more affordable, yet the make-up is exactly like the natural stones except with much fewer flaws. Your dice videos (and accompanying music) is always a treat to watch. Thanks for another great video!

That is a vision of beauty! Great design choice on just frosting the stars, and I love the "imperfections" in the ruby. Andrew hit one out of the park in the edit as well. You were not kidding saying this is the best video yet!

Thanks for watching! Please share this video if you love the channel. It is by far the best way to support the growth of the channel.

As a beginner jewlery maker, and an avid dnd player, your channel has brought me so much joy and inspiration to carry on my own projects. Thank you and great stuff!

I'm pretty sure this is what Abu tried to steal from the Cave of Wonder that got him and Aladdin trapped in there.

Holy crap. I just found the world of hand made D20s from stone and this video really shows the depth you go to for perfection. The skill here is bonkers.

Awww, I miss the old title. Because this die truly is the most beautiful piece of forbidden strawberry candy I’ve ever seen.

The editing on this video is top notch, especially how well the music combines with the stunning visuals and story of it all. Wow this belongs in a museum.

Andrew's stop motion was hilarious. And, for most purposes this Ruby wouldn't be good but as a dice the bubbles give rather than take away. What a beautiful piece.

especially with the lovely magenta undertone in the ruby, those stars end up looking like sakura blossoms

The star reminds me of a New Year ornament. I’m from Russia, and it’s still fairly common to put a red star on the top of the fir tree when decorating (instead of something like an angel - religion being banned for a while there in the 20th century). When the light was catching the facets and the red star glowed it reminded me of when I was a child, looking up at the decorated tree in anticipation of presents. Beautiful.

The imperfectly beautiful die. The color, The stars, the bubbling, the fire within. Its gorgeous…
