A couple of things would prevent me from buying one of these, the range is pretty bad, and it's a well known fact if you tow fairly large heavy items, EVs range is far worse more effected than internal combustion engined vehicles.
You could also make a case that having to wait to charge out on the road that time is money, 5 minutes at a fuel station with an ICE vehicle and your on your way, not to mention ice vehicles have more range.
The other issue not mentioned is battery degradation, as time rolls on that piss poor range will shrink even further .
If you factor in insurance cost, and the fact that down the track in some years a battery replacement could be on the cards, suddenly the cost and value of the electric trucks look considerably worse.
The gentleman mentioned Lane keep and safety features, 99% of new cars these days have those.
The power points in the back of the EV could be handy, but I suspect for most people they will not get a lot of use unless you are a tradesman .
