Biden's eulogy for Justice Sandra Day O'Connor

President Biden on Tuesday paid tribute to the late Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, the first woman to serve on the Supreme Court, at a service in Washington, D.C. Mr. Biden remembered her as gracious, wise, civil and principled. O'Connor died Dec. 1 at the age of 93.
