Stuttering Trump Confuses Kamala Harris For Nikki Haley In Latest Blunder

During his rally in Charlotte this week, an exceptionally incoherent and stumbling Donald Trump appeared to confuse his current opponent, Kamala Harris, with his former Republican opponent, Nikki Haley. Trump claimed that Harris wants to "re-lift" the retirement age in America, something that Haley had pushed multiple times while she was running for the Republican nomination. Harris has NEVER suggested doing that, but Republicans have been talking about it for years. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
