What happens when you combine a supercharged LS V8 engine, over 800 horsepower, and a classic 1971 Chevrolet Corvette C3? You get one of the most overpowered restomods we’ve ever built at Fanak. This car is a beast sporting a fiberglass body, custom leather interior, and a drop-dead gorgeous green finish inspired by the Mako Shark II concept. But there’s more to this story than just power and beauty.

The owner, and my friend Momen Al Shebani, trusted us with this build long before Fanak became what it is today. To repay that faith (and a little prank for good measure), we gave him an unforgettable surprise. From its restoration journey to the hilarious moment we convinced him his car was “totaled.”
