Chitra'echi is very special to me! Recording for this cover has been an emotional and a learning experience for me. A few days back I had asked on Twitter which song YOU would like to hear as a dedication to Chechi on her birthday. All of you suggested so many beautiful songs and the majority of you requested for Kannalane/Kehna hi kya. Hope you like our attempt at re-creating this cult classic ! Can't thank #ARRahman Sir and #ManiRatnam Sir enough for giving us a song like this !
