Machining a rifle stock on a customer's KB8012S cnc router as part of final testing.

In addition to our standalone rotary axis, this machine features our new side-mounted rotary axis option, where the rotary axis is permanently fixed to the base frame of the machine.

Benefits of this system:

-Out of the work area, no need to re-align every time rotary axis is required
-Increased work envelope, not restricted to gantry height
-Capacity for longer tools
-Increased Z-axis travel

This rotary system includes:

-Rotary axis with tailstock on rail tracks
-Rigid mounting base
-Reference switch for position recovery and work offsets
