Great sound editing and I love it that it was taken on shot. This can be very easily debunked. When you have given us a distraction of going into the basement, giving your friends enough time to set up the chairs and you put in the chairs moving, from a previous recorded session you rush upstairs and just shot the chairs stacked. You should consider going into film or film editing, Your timing was just impeccable and I can tell that you thought through the whole shot.

That basement looks like a murder hole, I think this may be real, because that is an insanely fast and silent chair stack and noise was made almost instantly after what looked like two vertical glowing eyes come into view in the doorway in the basement. If I lived in that house I would wall off that basement or get some means of keeping it lit up in there to keep the zombies from spawning.

The thunderstorm could easily be the reason it got dark. And why would stacking the chairs take so long that would be night? So that destroy that excuse for a fake. I'm not saying it's real either but what everyone lached onto doesn't work as proof of trickery. I think no matter what it's cool.
