Only decent visa in Japan is a spousal visa.

What this guy says isnt true. after that 5 year visa is up you cannot renew unless under very specific circumstances that will change depending on when you apply. Also as far as I know you are not able to purchase a house under this visa scheme. You also need to take a skills proficiency test and N4 is NOT a requirement. There are non-jlpt tests you can take. You also will need to find a work sponsorship before coming to Japan. This guy is full of shit.
