Djurisic was the Chetnik commander in Montenegro. He's infamous for crushing the Partisan rebellion in Montenegro. Sadly he collaborated with Germans at the end, which I don't support.

Pavle Djurisic was captured by Germans and imprisoned in Struy (Ukraine). Ukrainian nationalists helped him after his escape from prison. He lived with us and our rebels helped him in his way to Yugoslavia. Unfortunately he was captured second time.

This is not a “Montenegrin” song lol. This song was made by Nikola Urošević who is a Serb, and Pavle Djurišić was a Serb from Montenegro.

I read somewhere that the Montenegrin Nazi Sekula Drljević lured Đurišić into some kind of "negotiations", betrayed him and handed him over to the Ustaše, who then brutally killed him in Jasenovac. Can anyone tell me if this really happened or is it just one of the myths of WW2 in the Balkans?
