3-4 anchovy fillets (drained)
2 cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)
3 large egg yolks (or 4Tbsp so mayonnaise)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground black pepper

Croutons:
1 slice bread
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Butter
2 garlic cloves (sliced)

Salad:
Romaine Lettuce
Bacon
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
1 egg (pouched)
