Quick tip Sammy. Try a lighter shade of lip liner to match your lipstick. I know that outlining your lips with a darker lip liner makes your lips fuller, but that's a Tad bit to dark. And also, if your not going for that look, fill in your whole lips with lip liner, it will help the lipstick stay on longer.
