Introduction to My New Savage X SS K4.6 and First Start

Great truck, but get a Roto-Start and save your fingers and knuckles.

i probably have 2 gallons thru my k4.6 and its still tight like new, could not get more than 5 runs without pulling a cord out of the pullstarter! definately went with roto start! its just a tight engine!

hey i have the exact same truck! except mine doesn't have that long filter tube, whats that for? oh and mine has roto start. now i have one to go to if i have problems with mine!!!

You still running this rig? I just swapped over the SS drivetrain on to my 2013 ed. RTR. I'm liking the K4.6 more thatn the F4.6

Your not suppost to start it on the ground. Put it on a small box so the wheels dont touch. Its so much easier.
