Notes taken. This national final has been the least favourite of mine, because none of them really stand out. Sure, Lighter is good, but that doesn't mean it's worth qualifying. If I predict well, Norway won't qualify this year. After all, they /did/ get close to NQing last year with the GREATEST LAST PLACE OF ALL TIME THAT SHOULD'VE GOTTEN HIGHER. Norway can do better than this poppish slop, but they did have me on my toes when I saw Bobbysocks. I just have one message to Norway. You have richness in your country in many aspects, from the geography to your production quality, but why... this?! It feels like a ripoff of Sweden, and we all know Sweden is just fucking one song reprinted with different lyrics, different singer, almost no variety. There are only some gems in Melodifestivalen (Medina, others). Challenge your artists, please! That is my only message. Make their vocals be exercised, and let their true potential be known. Don't let them send pop prints, because everyone gets tired of those easily and quickly. Bring folk, bring- hey you have a good density of metal bands, don't you? Please get better, don't do this pop printed NF again, and sorry for those who read this entire comment. (imo, the only one that stood out to me was Wig Wam- even though they're just generic rock in this case).
