I started Genshin almost one year ago, and I got up to date on the Archon Quest recently

I got most of the characters I wanted, and I have a great time making events, dailies and Domain runs, I don't feel the rush to reach top numbers on the Abyss

For me, the journey is what makes a game compelling, not what you can and can't do depending on where or when you began... That's the fun part!

It is never too late to start. Actually, it is now the best time! This game already has tons of updates and several quality of life changes that makes the game easier for new and returning players.
Example: underground layout map, artifact quick loadouts, etc.

I started in November of 2023 and my first event was lantern rite and it was a huge boost



So if you play a lot, the game is never too late to play. I completed the archon quests up until recent one in like 2 months 💀 👍🏼
So yea, have patience.

it's kinda like, genshin doesn't have anything to make it hard to "finish" for newbies, even the new endgame is more a team builder simulator then damage check.

mihoyoverse was right in that interview when they said they didn't want another damage check endgame

Its to late becuase tou have missed out the good characters that will make the game boring if you don't have them
