This quick pickled jalapeños recipe makes the best crunchy, spicy pickled jalapeños and carrots in only 15 minutes. These are a great way to use up some jalapeños, and you’ll never want to buy them in a store again!

This recipe is such an easy way to use up all of the jalapeños we have been growing in our garden. Although it's not a true pickling recipe, these will last a couple of months in our refrigerator. Assuming we don't eat them all first!

Also, let me know what other vegetables you think would be good to add to the jars below. I think things like green beans or maybe even cauliflower could be really good too.
